Onze – Short Film

Onze It was the number of seconds that elapsed before the light flickered It flickers twice, always twice. I know it because I have counted too many times. I already try to turn it off, at many times But I persisted in wanting to drift into the
darkness. I knew when it was going to blink. It had become obvious to me. This light… was driving me insane. I’ve already knocked this door, so many times. But I knocked again and again, hoping that someone
would come. But no one came, nobody ever came. My hands were hurting. They were worn out andcovered by blood. I was still having these visions. And I realized that this was of no use, that by dint of shouting, I exhausted myself needlessly. I only had the taste of blood. And I wanted onlyone thing. I wanted to die. Why did you want to die? I was tired of waiting, I wanted to fall asleep and no longer wake up. I wanted to die because… I wanted to die because… You don t know? I… I… System shutdown. Machines cannot die, Onze
