side to side level one be similar to level one a before jumping to this challenge make sure you’re comfortable with your backhand technique I’ll leave a link to my video on the basic backhand in the description just in case you want a refresher standing in the middle of the court step forward and drive the ball into the side wall with your backhand such that it bounces into the opposite wall hits the floor and comes back to you focus on watching the ball hit the string and not moving your head immediately afterwards the target for this challenge will be to repeat this twenty-five times or until you feel confident that you’re striking the ball in the rackets sweet spot and keeping your head state when you’re ready for the next challenge go ahead and move on to side to side level two
